As a guide to what this Award will be assessed on, the judges will be looking for the following key information:

1. A business committed to learning and development.

2. A business that can show evidence it has an inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to give of their best.

3. Evidence of an Engaged workforce who are fully involved and empowered in the decisions that affect them.

4. Evidence of consistent year-on-year performance with regards to turnover and profit.

5. Examples of what your customers/clients say about you and your product/service.
