The judges will be looking for evidence that: 1. The individual has developed and implemented a plan that has transformed their business or achieved significant growth in revenue/profit.

2. The individual has established a culture where staff seek to exceed customer expectations.

3.The individual has led from the front but developed their team so that people want to work for them.

4. The individual has encouraged innovation and accepts that mistakes happen.

5. The individual has a clear vision of where they go next.
