Ed graduated from University with a degree in Financial Services and joined Natwest in 1998. He was Commercial Banking Relationship Manager of the year for the RBS Group in 2006 working with a portfolio of clients turning over £2m-£25m. Promoted to New Business Development Director covering Manchester (2007) and Macclesfield (2011).
